RECIPE: Sprouted Fenugreek & Walnut Tacos


Here is this amazing Recipe for your Taco Tuesdays! These 2 Raw Vegan Tacos are charged with Living Foods! It's really all about the life that is in your foods. Sprouted and Living Fenugreek Seeds, Walnuts and Clover full of Enzymes and Oxygen that will travel through your body nourishing and rebuilding your Health.

The best part is that there is really nothing complicated about this! So let's get to it!


Sprouted Fenugreek Tacos makes 3-4 tacos



  • 1 Cup of Organic Hummus
  • 1 Cup of Sprouted Fenugreek 
  • 1.5 Teaspoon of Coriander
  • 1.5 Teaspoon of Cumin
  • .5 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder or Fresh Pressed (use 1 clove)
  • Half Cup of Soaked Wakame (optional)
  • Living Butter Lettuce or Romaine or Cabbage Leaves for the Taco Shells
  • Lemon Juice 
  • Paprika 
  • Red Clover Sprouts 



In a bowl mix Hummus, Fenugreek, Coriander, Cumin and Garlic. Lay the taco shells in each serving plate and add the mixture. Garnish with some Clover or Broccoli Sprouts or any little sprout you have handy, you can also leave this out. Squirt some lemon juice on top of the mixture and sprinkle the paprika at the end for some color.


BONUS TIP: Fenugreek can be replaced by any kind of sprouted lentil or even a mix of different lentils, adzuki, mung beans etc.



Sprouted Walnut Tacos makes 3-4 tacos



  • 1.5 Cups of Soaked Walnuts (8hrs)
  • 1 Teaspoon of Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon of Braggs Aminos
  • Dried Oregano to taste (optional)
  • Your favorite Condiment Blend (garlic, onion, celery etc)
  • Living Butter Lettuce or Romaine or Cabbage Leaves for the Taco Shells

Chop or process the walnuts until 1/4 of inch pieces and put them in a bowl. Add smoked paprika, Liquid Aminos, and your favorite condiment blend, oregano and mix well with your hands. Lay the Taco Shells and the walnut meat, top with some delicious Cheezy Sauce and Garnish with sprouted fenugreek.


BONUS TIP: You can also use Sunflower Seeds and to achieve a crunchier texture you can dehydrate the nuts or seeds or the blend of the 2 for a 4 hours in 115 degrees.
