RECIPE: Simple Anti - Inflammatory Green Juice

This is the base for a Healing Anti-Inflammatory, Low- Sugar, Delicious and Refreshing Green Juice:

  • 5 Stalks of Celery; This vegetable has Organic Absorbable Sodium that has been filtered through its roots.
  • 1.5 Cucumbers; Higly Hydrating Vegetable great for Skin.
  • 2 Green Apples; Way less sugar than any other type of Apples, really easy fro our bodies to process this little amount of sugars.
  • Tumeric Root; Anti-Cancer and Anti-Inflammatory properties.
  • Ginger Root; Anti-Inflammatory properties.
  • .5 - 1 Lb of Sprouts Like Sunflower and Pea they have the Highest Content of Chlorophyll (like Wheatgrass) if not available Replace with 6- 10 leaves of Kale
  • Squeeze 2 Lemons and 1 Lime at the very end.

Makes 1.5 Liters of Juice. I usually drink half of it immediately because there is nothing better than fresh cold pressed Green Juice and the other half I keep it cold in a insulated container and take it with me to sip during the day.
